Reclaim Your Morning with a Giveaway

We've all read articles saying that one of the habits that many successful people have in common is a productive morning routine. So this month, we're working towards creating our own productive routine. 

Here are a few goals we'll try this month: 

  • Refinery29 shared a great visual to master your morning smoothies at home with grab-and-go smoothies with a morning cleanup that only takes a minute to wash.
  • Before even getting out of bed, our guilty pleasure is reaching for our phone to check email. Instead, we are going to try to start our first 15-minutes bringing awareness inward with this beginner yoga sequence to get the blood flowing and muscles engaged (Greatist).
  • Your bedroom items are the first things you’ll see and touch each morning. Stock up on candles with scents like jasmine, peppermint, and cinnamon—research has linked all these smells to increased alertness and energy. (Equinox)
  • Listen to a podcast, watch a motivational TED Talk, read, journal or repeat your favorite mantra -- currently, we're listening to the "Power of Now" by Eckhart Tolle.

    Your morning routine goals may be different. There is no one-size-fits-all but we would love for you to join us in this monthly challenge that refocuses our individual actions and intentions while shedding all negative narratives of the past.
