Note from Tya : DSB Event Recap

On October 15th, Down South Bounce (brought to you by HelixSocial) celebrated it's one year anniversary! What once started as just a "crazy" inspiration has turned into an amazing fitness event that many have grown to love dearly.

For this latest installment, we wanted to get everyone in the spirit of Halloween with a costume theme party. We had raffles for a variety of prizes and yummy treats provided by HelixSocial and Popcorn Queens.

Each and every time we put together a new DSB event our goal is to infuse new flavor and flare to our playlist and dance moves, and if I do say so myself we have delivered! The love and energy we get from you guys are what keeps us motivated and inspired.
