Down South Bounce 

On September 26, we launched our first Down South Bounce workout party at the Howard Theatre in Washington, DC. We started the event with a pre-game motivational warm-up with trainer, Neechie Turner. Following this warm-up, instructor @TYAELECTRIC led us through a 75-minute energy-packed and pulse-pounding dance cardio workout.

Inspired by moves performed by your favorite artists and southern nightlife, this workout delivered easy to learn combinations that provided a great dance-based interval workout and an experience unlike any other.

If you're like us, sometimes you feel like workouts can be redundant.
