Our pre-game warm up instructor, Destinee Smith from FlyBarre DC kicked off the event with a motivational introduction. Destinee walked us thru a series of stretches to get our muscles warmed up and limber for our dance party!
Now we dance! Next up our Bouncerella DJ Shrug got the down south beats popping as Tya Electric took the stage.
